Your credit card is NOT charged when you send the order through. We do this manually when we process.
PLEASE CHECK ALL PAGES FOR YOUR IMAGES . IF ORDERING IMAGES FROM DIFFERENT RINGS JUST SEND THE ORDER FORMS THROUGH INDIVIDUALLY. WE WILL MATCH UP IN THE OFFICE & YOU WILL ONLY BE CHARGED ONE LOT OF POSTAGE.
ALL IMAGES WILL BE COLOUR CORRECTED AND CENTRED FOR PRINTING.
DELIVERY TIME & MAIL
Current Delivery time is approx 4 weeks - PLEASE NOTE THE OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED FROM 15 DECEMBER - 15 JANUARY. NO ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED DURING THIS PERIOD
Delivery time may vary - Please do not call us 2 weeks after your order chasing your images! We will get them to you as quickly as possible.
PAYMENT
We accept Mastercard , Visacard via the secure online form. Credit cards will attract a 2.5% fee calculated on the final amount of your order. You may direct deposit. Please contact us for the details. Money orders MUST be made out to Tracey Bavinton NOT Horse Photography. Money orders made out to Horse Photography unfortunately will be returned and your order will be delayed until a new form of payment arrives. We no longer accept personal cheques
OPTION OF DIGITAL FILES OR PRINTS
You now have an option of digital files in various sizes depending on your requirements. Digital files allow you to print your own copies , use for advertisments, websites and promotional materials. They may NOT be used for commercial purposes such as product endorsement or promotion of third party goods or services. Digital files are normally dispatched via email within 7 working days or ordering. Edit of a digital file is an additional $30.
Your files may be sent on disc please select the postage for disc option when ordering.
Prints are still available for purchase at the usual rates. Delivery time 4-6 weeks during peak periods.
