NOTE ALL CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS WILL INCUR A 2% SURCHARGE CALCULATED ON FINAL AMOUNT.

If you intend paying by cheque please do so within 7 days of placing your order or we request you wait until you can send payment before ordering.  Unpaid orders more than 3 weeks old will be cancelled and you will need to re order when able.

PHOTO SHOOTS - STUD PHOTOGRAPHY

Stud Shoots - Comprehensive stud / show shoot  1st Horse        $250.00 plus GST

                                                                                       3rd - 8th Horse    $  80.00 plus GST

                                                                                       9th horse plus      $  65.00 plus GST

 Rate includes upto 100km travel. Additional travel charge is at 0.30 per kilometer or part thereof .   For long distance travel or interstate shoots travel by plane may prove cheaper and more economical. Speak with me to discuss this option.  Stud Shoot photos ordered over $500.00 will receive a 10% discount.  Print rates as quoted above.

Please book in advance.  Perhaps get a group together to share traveling costs and reduce the rates. For shoots over 100km a non refundable deposit of $200.00 per stud will be required to confirm details.

SHOW SHOOTS

 If you would like to book Horse Photography to cover your event and provide coverage in "Horse Shows Magazine"  you will need to book in advance to confirm your date.

Travel within 100km roundtrip radius of Penrith NSW is free.

Distances exceeding 100km round trip - please contact us with your location to see if travel charges may apply.

Should flights be a better priced option for longer distances than the travel rate this option will be investigated.  Unless accommodation is provided by the show organizing group the charge for accommodation will be at a maximum charge of $90.00 per night. Should cheaper suitable accommodation be available the rate will drop to meet this.

For interstate or long distance travel (over 500km) a non refundable booking deposit of $200.00 will be required before any travel arrangements are booked and confirmed.  The show organizer will be issued a final invoice at the show for the exact cost and this must be paid on site. 

Horse Photography will supply a maximum of 10 images to the show society for  publicity or website purposes.

For publication in Horse Shows Magazine societies are requested if able to place a minimum 1/4 page advert ($190.00 incl GST) including contact details for the group which will be run in conjunction with the results and photographs.   Horse Shows Will provide the group with full colour flyers which we ask be added to your program or catalogue for competitor information.
